7-day guarantee on your first purchase

If Bezelie Premium isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a renewal charged when you clearly hadn’t used the service that month, write to us anyway — we’re reasonable people.

How to request a refund

• Email retrobezel@gmail.com from the address you purchased with, or reply to your order receipt.
• Include your order number (it’s on the receipt from our payment processor).
• Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example in the EU and UK).
